libechonest5-2.3 software package provides Qt5 library for communicating with The Echo Nest platform, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libechonest5-2.3
libechonest5-2.3 is installed in your system.
